Upper and lower sections of the main frame of Holland & Fils cone crushers are securely joined by tension bolts.

Each part is made of a special alloy with thermally-treated steel, which make the frame able to withstand high-impact crushing operations. In addition, reinforcements inside the lower section guard against wear.

Adjustment is easy because rotating the adjustment ring rotates the hydraulic jacks. Changing the discharge opening is quick and easy; downtime is minimized and production requirements are accurately met.

For immediate and easy removal of uncrushable materials inside the crushing chamber during a power failure, the hydraulic lifting system can also be used to facilitate clearing.

In addition there is a safety locking system that helps keep the level correct if the pressure falls. In that case, the locking mechanism stops rotation.

The external lubrication system provides a constant flow of oil to the machine for smooth rotation thanks to pressurized lubrication.

The spring-mounted release system allows uncrushable materials to go through, providing maximum protection for the machine.
