Hydromatic Nitrogen Cone Crusher

Holland & Fils cone crushers have been widely used in mines and quarries around the world for more than 30 years. Holland & Fils makes four main types of cone crushers: The ROC/C Standard for coarse crushing, the ROC/F for fine or medium uses, the ROC/S Short Head and the ROC/SS Super Fine. These four crusher types are designed for secondary or tertiary crushing of highly abrasive materials in ether fixed or mobile plants.

The Holland & Fils HN Hydraumatic Nitrogen cone crusher, when equipped with the manual controlled electric controller configuration option, comes with the following features:

• Manual Mode:
  The main control button is set to manual (HAND), automatic locking of the crushing chamber is disabled and the operator can adjust the gap setting, clear the crushing chamber, etc. The LED display is activated when the ADJUST lever is in the up or down position to change the setting, or when the chamber clearing button (CLEAR) is in the up or down position. The red light turns on when it is engaged.
• Auto Mode:
  When the main control button is set to automatic (AUTO), the control system automatically locks the hydraulic cylinders to compensate for the pressure when the hydraulic oil no longer flows into the cylinders until pressure reaches a standard level, during the crushing operation, the green light goes on.
• NOTE: Adjustment of the gap setting and the release function are disabled.

Upper and lower main frame sections of Holland & Fils cone crushers are securely joined by tension bolts.

Each part is made of a special alloy with thermally-treated steel, which make the frame able to withstand high-impact crushing operations.

In addition, reinforcements inside the lower section guard against wear.

The spring-mounted release system allows uncrushable materials to go through, providing maximum protection for the machine. The locking mechanism, a standard feature on both our manual and hydraulic crushers, ensures that the crushing gap can be safely cleared when engaged. In addition, as a standard feature, the lubrication system is interlocked with the main motor for optimal security.

With the Holland & Fils's electrohydraulic auto-adjustment, lock position and lift system, adjusting the cone crusher is simple and easy.

Changing the settings is quick and easy; downtime is minimized and production requirements are accurately met.

For immediate and easy removal of uncrushable materials inside the crushing chamber during a power failure, the hydraulic lifting system can also be used to facilitate cleaning. Moreover, there is a safety locking system that acts as a balance, maintaining a proper level if the pressure were to fall.
